At the heart of Joshua Douglas Insurance Services LLC is a story of dedication, resilience, and over two decades of hands-on experience in the insurance industry.

Joshua began his career in 2003 as an auto claims adjuster, starting with basic claims before advancing into complex cases involving significant injury and even loss of life. Along the way, he became an auto damage expert, writing detailed estimates for all types of vehicles. His journey expanded into disability claims, helping individuals navigate the challenges of both temporary and permanent disabilities.

As his career progressed, Joshua transitioned into property and general liability claims, managing files across a dozen states. When hurricanes struck, he led catastrophe adjusters on the ground—meeting policyholders face-to-face, advancing critical funds, and documenting losses in insurance villages. His leadership grew to span statewide teams for one of the largest third-party administrator (TPA) firms in the world, where he coordinated large-scale operations and mentored adjusters through high-pressure environments.

In recognition of his dedication to professional growth, Joshua has earned the Associate in Insurance (AINS) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, bringing a disciplined, process-driven approach to both operations and client service.

After more than 20 years devoted to the claims side of the industry, Joshua shifted his focus toward helping people proactively. Today, through Joshua Douglas Insurance Services LLC, his mission is to guide individuals, families, and businesses in selecting the right coverage—empowering them to face the future with confidence, clarity, and peace of mind.
